I am Robin. I started Arcgent after watching too many AI projects die in pilot. The pattern was always the same: clever demo, no documentation, no monitoring, no team buy-in. Three months later it was rotting in a Notion archive.
We do it differently. Strategy first, documentation always, training before handover. That is why our agents are still running a year after we ship them.
